We would like to remind all of our guests of our cancellation policy. To help us accommodate all of our clients, we will be consistently implementing this policy.
A No Show, No Call Fee of 50% of missed services may be charged. This fee is charged to guests who schedule an appointment and fail to show up for the appointment and/or fail to call 24 business hours in advance to cancel or reschedule that appointment.
As a courtesy, a reminder call, text, or email will be made 1-2 business days prior to your scheduled appointment to remind you of the date and time. With prior notice we are able to offer the appointment time we had set aside for you to another guest. Everybody wins!
